Homestead in Centennial
Often refered to as “the Gingerbread House” this tidy homeowner had visions of Cape cod on the mind. He came to us with a product he wanted to use and his main requirement was to find a company that could “handle the task” to his level of quality! HRTI used this Shakertown Cedar Shingle in a flat bottomed key way spaced 4 inch reveal. Once completed the homeowner was so please with the results he asked us to follow up with a second project which was a re roofing of their home with Davinci Bellaforte class IV impact resistant shingles in the color Tahoe. This shingle keeps the real look of wood while increasing the resistance to hail. This shingle has not had to be replaced after being installed due to hail ever, that is a tough shingle! We paired the roof with an assortment of snow retention devices to limit the slippage of snow from the roof during heavier storms.
