Why use HRTI?
HRTI performs any necessary light carpentry to repair damaged, diseased or rotted wood. Ensuring the trim and fascia are in good condition before painting is necessary for a good result. We use a 40 year, elastomeric caulk to seal all gaps around windows and trim. It gives the job a clean, finished look. You can be sure, when you hire HRTI, you will be getting top quality craftsmanship at a reasonable rate.
We paint house exteriors including stucco, brick, masonry and wood. We preform prep work on all substrates, not just wood.
