Our Golden based project introduced a very modern feel to a dated home. We started with a few design ideas and ultimately settled on materials and colors that matched the homeowners style. HRTI started by replacing all the windows and doors with a store front style all aluminum product from Wester Window Systems. We then added an industrial feel with heavy gutters and a custom standing seam roof with black accents on the ridge and fasci. Last of all we completed the siding with a custom porcelain tile and epoxy grout which will stand the test of time and contrasted this with custom bent steel panels around the entrance. Last of all we brought in store front style garage doors with frosted glass from CHI to complete the modern feel.
The overall finished product blends perfectly into the Golden landscape!
