Homestead on the Parkway

HRTI was called to this well appointed home located on the Parkway in the Homestead neighborhood of Centennial Colorado. The homeowner who shares amazing military tales with those lucky enough to listen asked us to come share options for his home after a hail storm had destroyed his roof. We partnered with his USAA insurance company to gather the funds necessary to rebuild his roof with a Boral tile in Saxony Slate Class IV Impact resistant. By adding Impact Resistant Class IV tiles we saved the homeowner money on his future Insurance premiums. We also took care of some gutter work as well as some fascia and trim that required repair and repainting. The homeowner was so please with the results you he asked us to complete two more homes.
