Sanctuary Golf Course

We were invited to the Sanctuary community in Castle Rock Colorado to help with a property face lift. The property was in need of new James Hardie Color Plus siding as well as new Pella Designer wood and Aluminum clad windows complete with blinds and Pella’s Lifetime warranty in all rooms. In addition to this we teamed up with the homeowner to remove three windows in their “great room” and to replace them with a dramatic sliding door complete with a custom transom on top. As we neared completion, the homeowner asked us to take care of some roofing corrections as well with their Certainteed Presidential TL roof. We also evaluated options for new garage doors and chose the value priced Ankmar doors over the higher priced Clopay doors. As a final touch for curb appeal, we added custom cedar soffit to the entrance which was stained a rich color.
