My project was replacement of a large greenhouse style window at the end of the kitchen/eating space; it was not a straight forward window "replacement". Greg and Carlos offered design and construction suggestions that enhanced MY original idea considerably; not "up selling" but rather superior integration of new windows, etc into the architecture of the house/room. Carlos and crew expertly executed this plan, and I should emphasis Carlos/crew construction expertise AND their respect for our personal space while working inside our home. The final product was far superior to what I had originally envisioned before I contacted HRTI. Every aspect of dealing with Greg, Carlos, Bonnie was absolutely first class. Expect very professional, honest service with this company. Greg took time to explain siding and sheathing differences for our home and also gave tips on finding good contractors since we are out of state. Alberto and his son Sammy were referred to us for outside painting.  Our home in Castle Pines is 25yrs old, and the stucco had not been painted since new.  After power washing, some minor repairs and painting the wood trim, windows and stucco, it looks like new!  Sammy's crew was punctual, courteous, thorough, and overall very pleasant to work with. HRTI did an amazing job on our siding project. Greg replaced our windows a few years ago and the job went perfectly so we felt good about using him for our siding as well. Carlos lead the crew and was great. He remembered every single implementation detail we talked about during our first meeting. HRTI did a great job delivering two projects - a stain/paint job on a deck/pergola, and a roof replacement.  In both cases, the planning, prep, execution and clean-up was smooth and without incident.  In both cases, the jobs were started and completed in a much shorter timeframe than anticipated, with very little disruption or inconvenience. I had HRTI build a 6' cedar for me. I would highly recommend HRTI for any work that you made need done. We couldn't be happier with HRTI and their work installing new windows in our home. We had multiple bids and HRTI was the best price and best installation time (4-6 weeks as compared to 6-8 weeks for everyone else). It took HRTI 2 days to install our windows and we couldn't have been more impressed with how well they cleaned up around our house after day 1 when they knew they would be back the following day. We've experienced too many contractors who would have left a mess. We also have a fairly old home with original ceramic window sills which we accepted we would lose when installing new windows. The HRTI crew kept the sills in place and worked around them. This was above & beyond! HRTI was incredibly professional as well as quality work and fantastic communication.
