Greg with HRTI took incredible care of us on our window project. He fit us with the right type of windows and didn’t try to sell us anything we don’t need or couldn’t afford. That’s very comforting. The crew (AJ, Edwardo and the others) were all very friendly, professional, and did a great job with the install. We’re very happy and the windows look really nice. During my search for a contractor to do siding replacement, a friend recommended HRTI.  I must say I’m glad I listened to her and got to view her siding work in progress.  It made my decision to select HRTI so much easier.  From day one, Greg and Bonnie were the consumate professionals.  They addressed every question quickly and belayed any concerns I had.  They informed me the project would be done in three phases: Siding, Gutters, Paint to Completion.  The first phase is complete.  The siding installed by Carlos and his sons looks fantastic.  The crew came early everyday and immediately started working,  oftentimes staying until it was too dark to work.  They always insured the job site was clean and everything was put away until the next day.  Carlos would always answer any question, even if asked multiple times.  I never had to worry about anything.  When they were through, the work they did exceeded my expectations.  My home needed a lot of work, and the finished project looks fantastic.  If you need siding work done, call HRTI.  You won’t regret it.  Here are a couple before and after photos.  The Mountain Lake color with white trim really pops. What an experience!
From setting the bid appointment to signing off on project completion it was an excellent experience! HRTI and their crew led by Alberto were professional, respectful, flexible, helpful, went above and beyond! Far exceed expectations ! Their experience was very evident!! Greg and Bonnie are great to work with! HRTI replaced our roof and windows following the hail storm in May. Both crews did a high quality job, paying attention to details and making sure to keep the project as clean as possible. They even made a point of picking up all the nails with giant magnets! Greg is great about working directly with insurance adjusters, inspectors and others that may be involved! Bonnie makes the magic happen! We had the best experience with HRTI. From the first walk through, the professionalism of all the painters, to the final clean up. Greg and the entire HRTI crew are amazing.  We have used them for multiple jobs including painting, new windows for the whole house, and some carpentry.  Their communication the entire time is wonderful, and all the crews have been pleasant, professional, and do great worjk.  It may seem small, but when we got the paint done the crew made sure we where happy and encouraged us to walk around the house in different lighting.  Any areas we were not 100% happy with, they grabbed a roller and hit it again.  It was never a conversation of if I was right or wrong, it was just let's make you happy.  I know if I found something I didn't like they would fix it.

HRTI made sure they answered all my questions and have stood behind their work and estimates for all their projects.  Greg and Bonnie ensured I knew what was going on though out the process.  They made the estimate clear and easy to understand and then actual contract part a breeze.  When we got the windows estimated, Greg gave us honest recommendations about quality versus cost, letting us decide what worked best for us and our needs.  Then when we got the exterior paint done it took us awhile to go from estimate, to colors (HOA), to deposit and they honored the quote the whole time and allowed us to move forward on our time frame with 0 pressure.

Greg and Bonnie are top notch and made what felt like a large project seem incredibly manageable! They are masters of logistics, great communicators, and their crews are phenomenal. Replaced my split rail fence with HRTI and also a sectional privacy fence. Greg (owner) was very transparent on what the work will be, how it looks and upfront on everything. This left no surprises and work was completed over 6 months ago. Am very please with the work, timeliness and quality.

Called Greg again for 1 window replacement and he again was transparent on everything, but went beyond in giving me advice on how I may be able to do it myself, walked me through the procedures, processes, etc.
