What a fun Flatiron home project with custom Corten Steel siding! We went “green” with this home adding insulation as well as Alpine Glass triple Pane LowE coated windows and doors. The transition of this home as it weathered to a red patina, to match its Boulder Flatirons color, was amazing to watch. The contrast from the new Hardie Lap siding to the original moss rock wall kept the rustic feel but with a new twist, to bring it back to life, we fed the moss rock with a fine spray of beer. Yes beer!
The homeowners love to come home to their beautiful new home that fits into the Flatirons scenery! The red you see is the natural Corten steel patina. 
After completion, but before the Corten Steel patina has developed.
