This exterior home renovation project in Littleton had new LP® Smartside siding installed and a fresh coat of paint. As always, our exterior painting services include light carpentry to repair any damages to the surface. New Sunrise Windows were installed and the shutters were given a new coat of paint.
The portico over the front door is newly constructed and shingled to match the existing roof. The new columns and depth of the portico give this home an entirely new front elevation and a boost to its curb appeal.
This home in Denver features intricate painting to restore its appearance to the Victorian details it once had. This home is in a light gray with darker gray, white and maroon trim. The maroon details in the fascia highlight rectangle and square designs against a white background. In front, the upper half of the home is sided in scalloped shingles and the bottom in brick.
There is stone trim work around the middle of the home which arches over the first-floor window, all painted in dark gray. The stone dentils are highlighted in a sharply contrasted white which matches the ornate gingerbread trim on the portico and porch railing. The masonry, shingles and trim were all painted with Duration by Sherwin Williams to bring this home back to its former stateliness.
